By using the Catch Your Tree website and adopting a tree through the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Catch Your Tree is an environmental initiative by Catch Foundation that enables individuals and organisations to support tree plantation, maintenance, and long-term ecological restoration through voluntary donations.

• A tree is adopted under the donor’s name upon a successful contribution.
• Plantation, logistics, monitoring, and maintenance are managed by Catch Foundation and its partners.
• A digital certificate of adoption and plantation details are shared with the donor.

All payments made on the platform are treated as voluntary donations toward environmental activities and are not purchases of goods or services. Contributions are governed by our Payment Policy and Refund Policy.

• Donations, once successfully processed, are non-refundable and non-transferable except as described in our policies.
• Catch Foundation reserves the right to allocate plantation locations, species, and timelines based on operational and ecological considerations.
• Estimated timelines for plantation and certificate issuance are indicative and may vary.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation or security of the platform.

Where the platform allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on the Catch Your Tree website — including text, graphics, logos, images, certificates, and branding — is the property of Catch Foundation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own adoption certificate.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch Foundation shall not be liable for:

• Delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or service providers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Natural events affecting plantation outcomes, including but not limited to weather, drought, or other ecological factors beyond reasonable control.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment gateways. Catch Foundation is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Catch Foundation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the official Catch Your Tree website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
